Using the site 99Designs.com, my partner Vashnee and I looked through past contests and agreed on designing a book cover for the adult coloring book Towering Chicago.
Individually we designed our own covers and ads. Using the provided design brief we kept each other on track, providing daily feedback.

Challenge: Author requested an eye-catching cover for a Chicago-themed coloring book that includes hexagons, title, subtitle, and number of pages
Problem: Create a cover that will interest adults in a Chicago-specific coloring book
Solution: Use images of the Chicago skyline framed by a hexagon for the book cover and two NY Times Best Seller Magazine Ads
